Veri Peri Premium Cooking Sauces
Today I would like to introduce you to the company called All Joy who makes a line of premium gourmet cooking sauces called Veri Peri from South Africa. These gourmet cooking sauces are very versatile and can be used many different ways.
Additional Information: Victorious Solutions LLC is a New York-based, woman-owned business. Founder and CEO, Victoria Neale, traveled through out South Africa and fell passionately in love with the innovative Veri Peri cooking sauces. As a result, her company now strives to bring the same level of enjoyment to every American home (and kitchen). Victorious Solutions LLC is the only importer to the U.S. of All Joy’s Veri Peri cooking sauces.
The sauces can be used as a marinade or as a condiment. When using them you will find that they do not separate during the cooking process. Each sauce has varying levels of heat and come in 5 different varieties so there is something for everyone.
* Veri Peri Sauce – Mild (heat level 5/10)
* Veri Peri Sauce Lemon & Herb (heat level 1/10)
* Veri Peri Sauce Garlic (heat level 3/10)
* Veri Peri Sauce Veri Hot (heat level 10/10)
* Veri Peri Sauce Hot (heat level 8/10)
Here in our home we love trying out new foodie items so we were super excited to try out these 5 Veri Peri sauces. One of the things I like about these sauces that each one is labeled according to it’s heat level. The first sauce that we tried out was the Lemon Herb and we used it as a marinade on some fresh chicken. We marinated the chicken in the sauce for about 6 hours and then grilled them to perfection. Oh my gosh, our chicken had the perfect blend of lemon & herbs without being over-powering. I also appreciated that the heat level with this sauce is minimal.
My future son-in-law loves extremely spicy hot food so I gave him the bottles of the Veri Peri Sauce – Veri Hot and the Hot as I knew he would really enjoy those! He invited a few of his friends over and served them grilled chicken which was made with those 2 sauces. Half of his friends liked the Veri Hot and the other 1/2 liked the chicken made with the hot. Ernie did say though…they were both pretty hot so if you are a hot sauce lover…these two would be for you. He also used some of the sauces as dipping sauces for veggies and meat. He really enjoyed dipping some roasted potatoes into the sauce too.
I like to make my own homemade salad dressings so a few days ago I whipped up some salad dressing and added 1 1/2 teaspoons of the Very Peri Garlic Sauce to my salad dressing. We like a mild to moderate garlic taste in our salad dressings but you can add as little or as much to your favorite recipe according to your own taste buds. We really loved using the garlic sauce for that and next time I am going to try it in one of my other homemade salad dressing recipes.
For the Veri Peri Mild Sauce I used that in my favorite deviled eggs recipe. I usually use 2-3 teaspoons of guacamole in my deviled egg filling but this time I omitted it and used 2 teaspoons of the mild sauce. Oh my gosh…fantastic! It’s nice to change up some of your favorite recipes from time to time with something a little different.
All 5 of these Veri Peri gourmet sauces were a hit with my family. Some of us liked certain flavors better than others…but overall, we really enjoyed them!
