Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Fresh Produce who makes a line of women’s sportswear that is absolutely fantastic! The company got it’s start back in 1984 with selling silk-screened t-shirts but over the years their product line grew into what it is today. You will find beautiful sportswear bottoms, women’s capris, tops and dresses for both women and young girls. My sister is a plus-size gal and she found some adorable plus size pants there too!
My Review: The generous folks over at Fresh Produce sent me their “Feel Good Jersey Capri Pants” to review for all of you. I hang at the beach a lot during the summer and I love to wear capris so this was the perfect clothing item for me to review. The Jersey Capri Pants come in 13 gorgeous colors and the color that I received is the seaglass which is a pretty ocean green color. I love the color!!!
They come in sizes XS through XXL and I would order true-to-size. They are made of 100% cotton which is super soft and since it is a jersey knit…there is some ‘give’ to the fabrication. They feature an elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring, 2 back rear pockets and are generously cut through the hips and thighs. Something I like about these capris is that they are not low-rise…they have a nice mid-rise that hits at your normal waistline. They are a typical length capri, they hit me right between my knees and ankles, giving my legs some coverage but not too much coverage. They are a medium-weight fabrication…not too thin and not too thick. I like that whatever color of panties I may be wearing, they won’t show through this fabrication at all.
The capris are impeccably made. There are not crooked seams, no rips, snags or tears. PERFECTLY MADE! I can wear the capris with any style top and can dress them up with a cute pair of sandals or slop around on the beach in them with a pair of flip flops. I love easy breezy clothing during the hot summer months and these capris are definitely that! I absolutely LOVE THEM and now I want more of them in additional colors and I would love to pick up some beach pants too!
