He amuses his friends when he falls head over hoof for a beautiful stranger and demonstrates what happens when curiosity gets the sheep after a hot air balloon lands and causes mayhem in the meadow. Our Review: Shaun the Sheep is recommended for children ages 2 and up, which is appropriate. Our grand-wee-one is almost 3 years old and still enjoys Shaun the Sheep. There are 7 new episodes on this DVD with a total running time of 45 minutes in length. These are very short episodes and we like that as sometimes kids get distracted and get bored if a DVD is too long in length.
We watched all 7 of the episodes with wee-one and out of all 7, her favorite one was the Party Animals episode. She laughed and laughed through the entire episode! All of the “mini stories” with these episodes are fun and entertaining. We think this DVD would make a great addition to any toddler’s video library.
