For the past few months, I have been sharing with all of you the home remodeling project we have been working on for the past 7 months. For those of you who don’t read our blog regularly, Hubby and I purchased a 60+ year old home back in 2010. Since that time we have been remodeling every single room and we are adding 2 new additions onto the home.
We finally got our family room done and for the past few weeks I have been on the hunt for some Indian Cushion Covers as I want to do the decor in that room in a comfortable old-world, Indian style. I just love the exotic look you can get when you add a few accessories to your decor that are made in the Indian style.
In addition, we have been looking for a now living room suit and thinking about going with a sectional with built in incliners at both ends. We aren’t sure yet on that, but we do know our seating has got to accomodate at least 8 adults at a time. (we do a lot of family entertaining).
Next month we will be starting on one of the guest bedrooms and want to try to do an eco-friendly decor in that room that is inviting and relaxing. We have been looking at a reclaimed wood bed that we found and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Hopefully we can purchase that once we get our income tax returns.
