Today is our grand dog’s 4th Birthday and we are going to celebrate her Birthday in style! Later today we are having a little Birthday party for her and 4 of her doggy playmates will be attending. We ordered a doggy Birthday cake, some bakery-style dog treats and got the dogs all new balls. It should be a fun party for sure!
A few days ago I went out shopping to look for the perfect Birthday gift for our grand dog. After tramping through a few pet stores I finally found several pretty memory foam dog beds! It took me about 20 minutes to decide on which style to get, but I eventually decided on one and purchased it for Miss Nellari.
I am glad that I chose a new doggy bed for her because when she first came into our lives at 12 weeks of age, I had shopped for orthopedic dog beds and bought one of those for her. Obviously, she has now outgrown that first doggy bed and definitely needed a new one.
A lot of people think we spoil our grand dog and I will admit, we do! However, she is a very beloved member of our family, so we feel she totally deserves to be spoiled! She is 1/2 pit bull and 1/2 siberian husky and we all know that pit bulls get a bad rap. She is one of the most loving dogs I have ever seen!
