Frosty Leprechaun Recipe
4 oz. Cold Espresso
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz. Irish Cream
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
1 dash Simple Syrup
4 C. Ice
Whipped cream and chocolate shaving for garnish
Directions: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with shipped cream and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately and enjoy! The perfect beverage for St. Patrick’s Day!
