How did your weekend go? Did you all go out and do anything special this past weekend?
I love dabbling in arts and crafts so this past weekend I headed out to a local trade show where I got to see some of the coolest new arts and craft supplies to hit the market in a very long time.
I spent some time talking to this one particular scrapbooking company who was using exhibition display stands to display their new supply creations because well…I thought their stands were absolutely cool! (not as cool as the craft supplies but still very cool in their own right).
After talking to that one particular vendor I went a few booths down and found a new scrapbooking supply company that is getting ready to launch their craft supplies here in the U.S. in a few months. I spent over an hour in their booth trying out some new craft punches, inks, chalks and other nifty things and I am really looking forward to seeing their products on my local craft store’s shelves later this spring.
I spent about another 2 hours at the trade show and then hubby and I decided to treat ourselves to dinner out. Once we got back home we watched a few movies and then headed to bed.
On Sunday I went out and did some baby shower shopping and made us a delicious tasting family dinner later that day. I did find a few hours on Sunday to do a little scrapbooking so I was quite pleased with that.
