Today I would like to introduce you to the organic skincare store called True North Organics based out of the great state of Minnesota. My Review: The great folks over at True North Organic sent me 2 full-size products to review for all of you in their fantastic smelling scent of Raspberry Vanilla. First up, the organic raspberry vanilla shower gel that comes in an 8 oz. bottle. This is a 100% natural concentrated castile shower gel that is made with a blend of saponified organic coconut, olive & jojoba oils which help to create a rich cleansing foam that will not dry out your skin. You simply squirt a small amount onto a bath/shower pouf or washcloth and lather away!
The first thing I have to say about this product is that I absolutely LOVE the scent! I am not much of a floral gal but if you put scented fruity smelling bath & body products in front of me…I am all over them! I love the consistency of this concentrated shower gel, you only need a little bit and it will go a long way! It lathers up so nicely, rinses away cleanly and leaves your skin lightly fragranced. I had no issues using this product at all and I love that the bottle is stamped with an expiration date so you know when you have to use it all up! yeah! This product sells for $12.00.
The next product I reviewed from this fabulous company is their organic raspberry vanilla body butter that comes in a 4 oz. container. This ultra-rich, concentrated formula is perfect for all skin types. The organic Shea butter contains vitamins A & E and is rich in fatty acids, which help to retain skins moisture. You only need a little bit of this body butter as it will go a long way.
I consider myself to be a body butter “snob” and body butter happens to be my choice of product when it comes to a body moisturizer. This particular body butter is absolutely fantastic! It’s a medium consistency which means it’s not too runny and it’s not too thick…just perfect! I love how creamy and smooth this body butter is and once you put it onto your skin…your skin will feel like the finest silk! That’s right folks…Shelly is “in-love” with this body butter! This product is currently on sale for $13.50.
I am so thrilled that I stumbled upon this great company for all of you. Both of these products are top-notch products that work fantastic and the scent, well…..I love that raspberry vanilla scent!!!
