Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Pacific Beach Peanut Butter who sells natural peanut butter and several different flavored peanut butter spreads. All of this company’s products are gluten-free and made 100% with Valencia peanuts.
If you love peanut butter spreads they got delicious flavors like Butterscotch, Caramel, Child’s Play (made with m&m’s), Chocolate Peanut Butter, Chocolate Raspberry, Cinnayum and several others that will make your mouth just water!
My Review: The generous folks over at Pacific Beach Peanut Butter sent us 3 jars of Peanut Butter Spreads to review for all of you. All of their peanut butter spreads are handmade and packed into 9 oz. sized jars. If you like your peanut butter spreads warm, you can heat them in the jar which also helps their spreadability.
We received the following 3 flavors for the review:
CinnaYum Peanut Butter Spread has 0 grams of sugar so it is great for those of you who need to watch your sugar intake. This peanut butter spread has a slight cinnamon taste to it and we decided to try it out on our morning waffles and bagels. We warmed it up a little bit using the microwave and then applied a nice moderate to thick layer of it onto our waffles & bagels and let me tell you…totally delicious!!!
Caramel Peanut Butter Spread has a wonderful sweet taste to it thanks to the caramel in it. This one is absolutely delicious straight from the jar or you can try it on a freshly sliced banana or a freshly sliced apple. (I prefer it on bananas but hubby prefers it on his apple wedges).
Toffee Peanut Butter Spread is a little sweeter than the caramel spread (in my opinion) and has a slightly chunkier texture to it. I am usually not a fan of toffee but I am now a convert thanks to this peanut butter spread! We warmed this up in our microwave so that it got more gooey and we plopped it by the spoonfuls onto our vanilla ice cream sundaes! This spread will turn that boring old vanilla ice cream into something really fantastic! Oh…how did we ever live without it!!!
All 3 of these peanut butter spreads had a wonderful taste to them with no bitter aftertaste. I love that we can warm them up in the jar and make them even more spreadable or eat them straight from the jar. I am going to try the caramel peanut butter spread in the next peanut butter pie that I make next weekend and I bet it will be delicious!
