Our Review: The great folks over at Sprig Toys sent us one of their New toys to review for all of you. It’s called “Fred Shred” and its made from Sprigwood. What is Sprigwood you might ask? Its recycled plastic and reclaimed sawdust! The “Fred Shred” Playset Includes: (1) Adventure Guide named Fred Shred (1) Hat (1) Skateboard (1) Snowboard (1) Surfboard and (1) Backpack. Isn’t he cute? I think so!
This playset is made for ages 3+ and even though my grand-wee-one is 2 1/2 years old…she did just fine playing with Fred Shred! She was easily able to change up Fred Shred and put him on the surfboard, skateboard and the snowboard…he is perfectly sized for little toddler hands! I think small toys like this are great to take in the diaper bag, car or for when traveling when you want smaller items to go with you. This playset is very durable and should last for years!
I love looking at all of the Story Building Playsets that Sprig Toys sells as Fred Shred would be perfect for that. You have got to check out those playsets, they are super cool! You can buy individual pieces and build your own playset (well…your kids can!). I would love to purchase the Story Building Palace for the grand-wee-one…she would love it!!!
