Today I would like to introduce you to the children’s footwear company called Umi who makes and sells some of the best children’s shoes we have ever purchased for our wee one. We are huge fans of Umi’s shoes so with great pleasure…we are bring a review and giveaway to you today!
Umi prides themselves on manufacturing children’s shoes that are made of high-quality materials, stylish in their appearance and all of Umi’s shoes are super comfortable for our children to wear. When you shop at Umi you will find baby shoes and children’s shoes for both boys and girls and I guarantee you…you will love their shoes!
My Review: The great folks over at Umi sent me a pair of “sport” shoes (sneakers) to review for all of you. This particular pair is from the UmiSport line of children’s shoes. The style we received is the “SHANE” style which is done in silver, white and pink colors which is perfect for any little girl. They retail for $58.00 USD.
The sneakers (aka sport shoes) have a very nice outsole on them with great tread so that your child is not slipping around on slick or wet surfaces. The insole is nicely contoured and padded for comfort. The shoes have a nice rounded toe box area (so their little toes don’t get squished at all) and they have two velcro tab closures so you can truly get a customized fit. I love that there are no shoelaces to mess with! They are made of all-man-made materials and if they get dirty you can toss them into the washer! Definitely love that!!!
My Grand-Wee-One (also known as Grand-Princess) loves her new sport shoes from Umi! She actually calls them her “Princess Sneakers” because they are in white, silver & pink. I love that there are no “cartoon characters” or other nonsense on these shoes because I like a “clean” and “sporty” look to her footwear. The shoes are extremely comfortable on her and fit her PERFECTLY! Because there are no laces she can put them on & take them off all by herself!
Overall Impression: I am a “snob” when it comes to purchasing footwear for the Grand-Princess and I only purchase her high-quality footwear as I feel it is very important to have correct foot development and support as they grow and Umi happens to be one of my favorite children’s footwear companies. These sport shoes are top-notch and we love them!!!
