Chicken, Veggie and Pasta Salad Recipe

Today I am sharing with all of you one of my great aunties favorite salad recipes and we have been making this recipe for about 15 years now and we love it! You will need to refrigerate it for several hours before serving it to your family or dinner guests.

Chicken, Veggie and Pasta Salad Recipe

2 can ready to serve chicken broth
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon crushed basil leaves
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, each cut in half
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup  sliced mushrooms
1 onion, finely chopped

In a bowl, combine chicken broth, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and basil using a wire whisk. In a glass bowl, combine macaroni, chicken, tomatoes, peas, mushrooms, onion and broth mixture. Toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate until serving time for at least 6 hours.
