I have been using these products for the past 7 days. When I first started with the program, it took me a few times to remember to take the supplements when they are needed. Each one is taken at different intervals throughout the day. Some are with food and some are without. The Starter Kit and the Starter Supplement, I have the worst time with because I find it very difficult to remember to take something Before eating. My meals are not normally planned, (probably a big issue) so I really had to remind myself to take them and I wasn’t always successful.
The products themselves are great. I like that they are all vegan so anyone can take them. I had no weird effects from them; no burping up the supplements, no funky after effects, Nothing.
