Our Review: As you all know I have a 2 1/2 year old grand-wee-one and she loves to watch videos but I am very picky about the ones I let her watch as I only want her watching educational, fun and interactive videos at this delicate age of 2 1/2 years old. Barney is programming that I trust to deliver all of that and then some! This 3-dvd collection is just perfect for us because last fall we took the grand-wee-one to the zoo for the very first time while we were on vacation at the Jersey Shore. Two of the videos in this collection deal with animals and she loves animals! The third video deals with vacations and she has fond memories of us taking her with us to the beach. As you can see, the perfect collection of DVDs for us!
We watched all 3 of these DVDs with her from start to finish over a 3-day period of time. She loved all three of them but clearly her favorite one is the Barney: Jungle Friends since she is always asking us to take her back to the zoo (we can’t right now) so she can indulge in the “zoo” with this particular video. All 3 of them though have excellent storylines, great graphics, wonderful music and are a lot of fun! She loves to sing along with the videos and often times she is up out of her chair dancing with them too!
We love this 3-DVD collection set and we think you all would love it too! It is geared towards children ages 1 through 5 years of age and for the hearing impaired there is closed captioning in English.
