Hubby and I want to get some new garbage bins or skip bins for both of our rental houses so that our residents can securely put their trash out on the curb for collection.
We have looked at the trash bins at a few local stores but couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for. We then decided to get onto the internet and do some looking online and came up with a few possibilities that we think will meet our resident’s needs.
Since recycling is the law here in our area, we think we will purchase a few of the mobile garbage cans that are on wheels and that have a large capacity since trash pick-up is only once a week. I like that these mobile garbage cans are light-weight and made of durable plastic that is weather-resistant.
By choosing a mobile garbage can our residents can keep them behind the house and then wheel them out to the front on trash collection day and all of their trash and recyclables will be secured inside. I think we will get three for each of our rental homes which should be plenty for their needs.
