I had never had vegan organic chocolate before and I was not sure what the difference would be other than the ingredients being pure. The chocolates themselves are beautiful bite sized creations of art. The outer chocolate is a firm coating that hides delicious interiors of flavor. Each one has a different taste with combinations of citrus, spice, nuts, berries and other fine goodness.
I loved biting into each piece and finding a different flavor and texture inside. They were all interesting in flavor. This chocolate is not a sweet chocolate and it is not a dark chocolate either. It has a nice blend of both for a good chocolate flavor. I love that these are a unique product. It is not something that you will find in the corner store as each piece is handcrafted and the attention to detail shows in each piece.
