Today I would like to introduce you to the company called ShaToBu who makes a great line of shapewear that uses your everyday movements to Shape, Tone & Burn…so the more you wear their shapewear (the tights) the better you will look!
My Review: The great folks over at the company sent me a pair of their high-waisted black tights to review for all of you. These tights are their “Get Fit” tights with muscle toning resistance bands. These tights help you to look slim, burn calories, tone your muscles and help you to feel great about yourself. They are made of 91% Nylon and 9% Elastane, they are made of a super soft microfiber fabrication so they feel great against your skin. They are hand washable, drip dry (line dry) which is easy care!
When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were not ultra-thick and bulky in their fabrication…they are soft, flexible and of a medium-weight fabrication. When you think of high-waisted…most folks think of the breast-area…these do not go up that high but they do go up past your normal waistline and end a few inches below your breast-line.
This particular style of tights will slim and smooth your waistline, hips and thighs and will eliminate panty lines when you choose to wear body hugging clothing. I put them on to wear with a black dress that I was wearing out to a high-end restaurant while I was up in New York City and I found them super easy to get on.
The tights hugged my body in all of the right places and my body did look smoother and slimmer. In addition…the fabrication of these tights didn’t itch me at all…in the past some tights have itched me so bad that I couldn’t wear them for long periods of time…but these were soft and smooth against my skin so I had no issues with that. In addition, I have had problems in the past with hosiery products not staying up and the waist bands rolling down…this did NOT happen at all with this pair of tights!
Final Thoughts: I really enjoyed reviewing these tights for all of you from Shatobu because they are absolutely fabulous! I felt like a million bucks wearing them and I highly recommend them to all of you! That evening that I wore them out to eat with my dress my husband asked me if I was “losing weight” because he thought I looked slimmer! LOL! They are extremely well-made, super comfortable to wear and they are affordably priced at only $38.00 and they are worth every dime!
