Save Money on Angie’s List Through the Use of Coupons

Do you use Angie’s List to find goods and services that you need? Do you value the opinions and recommendations from others regarding businesses and services they have personally used?

For myself personally, word-of-mouth advertising and recommendations from others are important to me and they do indeed influence my decision to make a purchase. Here in our household money is tight at times so I always want to know ahead of time if I am spending it wisely. One way I do that is by actively seeking out the opinions of others before I contact a company to do business with them.

One of the reasons I like Angie’s List so much is that I can personally look for businesses in my local area and read up on whether other customers or clients had a positive or negative experience with them before I contact that business myself.  If a business is doing terrible work, over-charging their customers, not completing work on time or if that customer or client had any other type of negative experience with that business you can learn all of that information by checking out Angie’s List.

Once I have made the decision to do business with a certain company I saw on Angie’s List I then look for ways to save some money on their goods or services. One of the ways you can save money when using angies list through coupons and you can usually find those by checking out a few sites online like Frugal Dad. (which happens to be one of my favorites!).

If you think Angie’s List might have biased reviews, think again! They restrict companies from reviewing themselves and they also restrict them from trash-talking their competitors. In addition, they don’t allow folks to post annoymously made reviews and every reviewer has to have their identity verified. What does this mean to you? It means…You are reading genuine reviews from people who have done business with XYZ company in the past and you are getting their honest and unbiased opinion(s) about it!

Now Angie’s List isn’t free and it will cost you about $5.00 per month depending on your individual location but trust me, it is $5.00 well spent! Plus, if you hunt down some Angie’s List coupons or money-saving promo codes you can make back the monthly fee that you paid. Isn’t that fantastic? I think so!

So today…I would like to know how many of you have used Angie’s List and if you have…did you have a positive or negative experience with it? Please feel free to leave your comments below here on our blog.

Thanks for reading!
