I have several items to tell you about from the Made From Earth folks that I reviewed the other day. I was sent a lovely assortment of organic bath, body and hair care goodies to try for you. First up are the bar soaps. Made From Earth has 5 different bar soaps to choose from and all of them are created with organic products and include ingredients that will make your skin feel good and you too! The Citrus Lavender is a lovely scent. It is not overpowering and it has a nice lather to it. The Oatmeal Spice I loved. It has a nice exfoliating quality to it and I love the spicy scent. The oatmeal is ground finely so you can use it all over your body and face without scratching. I like that. The last one I sampled was the Lemongrass Tea. This one has a very nice scent to it and it too lathered fine and cleaned nicely.
I also received the Vitamin E + Citrus Body Gel which is a delicious body wash. Vitamin E is a key element is reducing dryness due to aging and environmental factors. The scent of this body wash is awesome and it did a fabulous job cleaning with a nice fresh lather. I am in love with this product! I got to follow it up with some awesome Holistic Honey Body lotion. Could life get any better than this? Honey is a natural humectant and it retains moisture in your skin giving your lovely feeling skin that lasts for hours. I love the slightly sweet scent too! Awesome product!
Lastly I tried out their Tea + Protein Shampoo. This is an interesting product. I expected to get a lot of the tea tree oil scent but I did not. It is nicely scented with lavender and peppermint and a few other essential oils. The proteins from all of the plant based goodies they add in work great on strengthening your hair. The tea tree oils removes impurities and cleans your scalp too. I had my hubby try this shampoo and he seemed to like it. It lathered and cleaned well and that’s what he is all about. LOL
