HBL Thermal Styling System Professional Hair Care
Last month I was thrilled to review a fabulous shampoo and conditioner set from HBL Hair Care. Today I am bringing you some similarly wonderful products that HBL created for your hair and the protection from heat, damage and over processing that your hair dryers, flat irons and curling irons can create. I think you are going to like these professional hair care products.
The HBL Thermal Styling System allows you to nourish, shine and protect from start to finish when styling your hair with this awesome Thermal Styling System. Included is the HBL Leave-in Conditioner which provides weightless moisture for thirsty tresses. The HBL Shine & Seal produces a smooth, high-gloss finish. In addition to adding a pliable hold, HBL Thermal Spray protects hair during all thermal applications including blow drying, flat ironing and curling with hot rollers or a curling iron.
I was excited to give these a try! I blow dry my hair every day and I could always use some protection from damaged and breakage. One of the first items I tried was the Thermal Styling Spray. The first thing I noticed was that this is a light spray, somewhat list a mist. It is in a pump, which I prefer for my hair. I love controlling where the spray goes. This product is used while your hair is damp or dry and it is applied before you style it. So it is like a Holding and Styling spray but it is also a finishing spray too. I love this… The scent is light and nice.
While my hair was damp I applied this to the sides and top of my hair, by the roots and then blow dryed my hair. I finger style it as I blow dry and the spray worked nicely in holding a style. I then used it to finish and set my hair. The hold was good; it has a nice volume to it and I like that it was sealing my hair as it was being manipulated and styled. And it wasn’t stiff feeling. This is safe for color treated hair so that is a plus too. Ya, I am liking this spray, a lot!!
The Shine & Seal is another cool product. You use it as a finishing product to enhance your hair. It is like a gloss you apply after styling. I love this as some styling products make my hair appear dark and this brought out the color nicely and added another level of protection. It is a clear gel and it is applied with your hands by rubbing it between your hands and working it into your hair a bit. If your hair tends to frizz, this is a great item for you! Nice, smaller container, so you can throw it in your gym bag or tote to apply after your workout, if needed.
Lastly the HBL Leave In Conditioner. This is a nice product to have as it is so easy to use! Quick to apply for nice results! After shampooing and conditioning as desired, you apply this Leave In Conditioner after toweling dry your hair. It is a thick cream so you would apply it by rubbing in between your hands and then combing it through your hair. This is not heavy so your hair is not weighted down at all. I love the scent too! So nice and fresh smelling!
HBL Hair Care knocks it out of the park again! These products are fabulous for protecting your hair from being over worked and over dried. I think that you will love them in your hair just as much as I enjoyed using them too! I think I am becoming addicted to HBL.. well, I guess there are worse things LOL
