My Review: Today we are reviewing the Hot Pepper Raspberry Chipotle Sauce from Robert Rothschild Farm for all of you. This delicious gourmet sauce comes in a large 12 fl. oz. bottle and is all-natural & gluten-free. This sauce is the perfect blend of hot chipotle peppers with fruity raspberries with a zesty kick to it. The sauce can be used a variety of ways…baste some spare ribs with the sauce and slow cook them for a few hours or try it as a marinade on chicken breasts or chicken wings that you bake or throw onto your barbecue grill. We used our bottle of sauce to marinade some chicken quarters and some chicken wings since we were entertaining some friends here at our home. I placed the chicken into my marinating container that was filled with this sauce and refrigerated them for 6 hours. My husband then removed them and placed them onto our hot gas grill and grilled each side for about 15-18 minutes. Once done we served the chicken with some grilled corn on the cob & some baked potatoes. I had 7 guests here and 6 of them absolutely LOVED the chicken. The 7th guest really didn’t care for it because she doesn’t like spicy food at all. Hubby loved it though and had several helpings of chicken that day! yeah!
