My Review: The generous folks over at Honeymark sent me 2 full-size products to review for all of you. First up…the Honeymark Liquid Hand Soap which comes in an 8 oz. pump bottle. This luxurious and delicate liquid hand soap is made with all-natural ingredients that are excellent for cleansing and moisturizing the skin. I am a big, big, big….hand washer since I used to work in the healthcare field, so I am washing my hands a minimum of 10 times a day which can really dry out my skin. Once I received this liquid hand soap I immediately began using it. This hand soap has a nice consistency to it and not all runny like many of the store bought soaps out in the marketplace and when you rub your hands together under running water when washing them you can really tell that this is a quality-made product. After using this product for several days I could really feel a difference in my skin…my hands were not only clean…but, they were super soft! Next up…the Honeymark Anti-Itch Cream which comes in a 2 oz. squeeze tube so it’s great for at-home use, in your purse/tote or take it traveling with you. The anti-itch cream is effective in treating eczema, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. It moisturizes dry and damaged skin as well as being natural, effective, healthy and pure. It can be applied to the affected area 3-4 times a day. If you have been reading our blog for awhile now you would have read some of my posts that I previously made about my chronic “hives” problem that I suffer with. I break out with hives several times every month and trust me, it is miserable with all of that itching! I hate using chemical products so I was excited to try out this all-natural product during a “hive” breakout period.
A few days ago…I got to try it out as I woke up with “hives” yet again. This time around they were up and down my legs and on my lower abdomen. I squirted out some of the cream and applied it to my affected areas in a circular motion and rubbed it in. About 45 minutes later I realized that I wasn’t itching at my hives and that the hives no longer felt like they were on fire. I continued to apply the cream 2 more times throughout the day until my hives were completely gone. I was really impressed with how well this product stopped the itching and it also stopped the burning sensations I get with hives. I am really looking forward to trying this product out again when the next breakout comes along. In addition, my little grand-wee-one was visiting 2 days ago and had a nasty bug bite on the top of her hand…I immediately applied this cream on top of the bite and she finally quit itching at the bite and got back to playing again. It is nice to know that there are all-natural anti-itch creams on the market that we can use on our children and not have to worry about nasty chemicals touching them! yeah!
