I have never been much of a champagne fan. Not because of the bubbles but because champagne is normally very dry and I like my wine sweet and fruity. But there is an alternative. I have been having fun this week sampling some delicious sparkling wine and here is a great choice for you to ring in the New Year with… [ yellow tail ] Bubbles!

I was so excited to try both of the Bubbles flavors. White and Rose’. My hubby and I tried the White first. It has a nice amount of bubbles. You can see them streaming up in the picture. This is made with some tropical flavors added to the grape. It is a bit sweet, but not as sweet as I would like it. It had a very nice taste and a bit of a crisp aftertaste. Very Enjoyable! Hubby like this one a lot!
The Rose’ is made with Strawberry and Cherry with some tropical flavors too. It is very fruity and fragrant and right up my alley. The taste is a tiny bit sweeter than the white and it is nice and smooth with a crisp after taste. I like this one best! Yumm

Some of our favorite [ yellow tail ] Bubbles COCKTAILS
EXOTIC TEMPTATION
2 oz [ yellow tail ] bubbles sparkling rosé
1 oz peach flavored vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
1 oz lychee fruit flavoring
In a cocktail shaker with ice add all ingredients except [ yellow tail ] bubbles sparkling rosé. Strain into a chilled champagne flute or martini glass. Slowly fill with the [ yellow tail ] bubbles sparkling rosé. Garnish with a strawberry.
TRIPLE CITRUS
1 oz [ yellow tail ] bubbles sparkling white
1 oz grapefruit flavored vodka
splash of simple syrup
½ oz orange liqueur
2 oz fresh lemonade
Shake all ingredients except [ yellow tail ] bubbles sparkling white in a martini shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled martini or collins glass. Add ice. Top with [ yellow tail ] bubbles sparkling white. Garnish with an orange twist.
