Coconut Custard Dessert Pie Recipe

I love making and baking pies….especially during the winter season as it helps to heat up my home and well…my family just enjoys eating pies! Today I am sharing with all of your my great aunties recipe for Coconut Custard Pie and trust me…it’s really good!

Coconut Custard Pie Recipe

1 cup granulated sugar
1 stick of butter (not margarine)
4 medium eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup Bisquick ™
1 cup shredded coconut
ground cinnamon (optional)

Using a blender, blend the first 3 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and blend at low speed for 6 minutes. Turn off mixer and add in coconut by hand. Pour into a pie plan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. You can also sprinkle the top with some cinnamon before baking if desired.
