Chocolate Pecan Brownie Pie Recipe

2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
pinch of salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons powdered cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans

In a large mixing bowl combine: eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Beat with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Stir in chopped pecans. Spoon into buttered pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Pie settles like meringue as it cools, serve with your favorite topping or serve it plain.
