Challenge Butter Real Heritage Recipe Contest

I love butter and since finding out several years ago about how margarine is made, I returned to using butter exclusively and never looked back. Challenge Butter made by Challenge Dairy is a West Coast brand that has great flavor and a very nice selection of different butters. One of my favorite is the Whipped Butter. Yumm! Super easy to use and no additional oils are added in.
