My Review: The product I am reviewing for all of you today is the Robert Rothschild Farm “Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread” which comes packaged in a 7 oz. jar. This gourmet spread is all natural, gluten-free and retails for $6.99. The spread is the perfect blend of caramelized onions, balsamic vinegar and crushed red peppers which make it absolutely delicious!
It is perfect to use as a cheese topper that is served with toasted artisan breads as a delicious appetizer or use it as a base with your favorite goat cheese pizza recipe. It is also great with grilled chicken or fish! We decided to use the spread a few different ways for our review. First…I added 2 tablespoons of the spread to my favorite homemade meatloaf recipe and wow…it was delicious and moist! Last weekend my hubby added 3 tablespoons of it to his ground beef mixture and grilled some hamburgers out on the grill made with the ground beef mixture and he ate 3 of them! He totally loves this product…matter of fact, he asked me to make more meatloaf next week with the remaining amount but he wants me to add 4 tablespoons to my mixture this time.
Overall Impression: We love this gourmet Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread from Robert Rothschild! It is so easy to use and tastes fantastic! We love how versatile it is too…from using it in your main dish recipes to using it in your appetizer recipes. We give it a big two thumbs up!
