It’s that time of the week again where Chris and I share one of our favorite recipes with all of you! Today I thought I would share my easy Banana Cream Pie Recipe with all of our blog readers and over the years…this has become one of my daughter’s favorite pies to eat! (we love anything banana flavored here in our home!).
Banana Cream Pie Recipe
1 9″ graham cracker crust
2 bananas
1 8-ounce pkg. softened cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 3-ounce pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
(optional) toasted coconut
Slice bananas onto the bottom of a graham cracker crust. Gradually add a 1/2 cup of cold milk to the softened cream cheese. Mix until blended. Add the instant pudding and mix in the remaining milk. Beat slowly for 1 minute. Pour into the graham cracker crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Garnish with toasted coconut.
