Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Tidy Books. This fabulous company sells various bookcases and book storage products that are geared towards children and with great pleasure I get to talk to you today about their wonderful products. I first want to say that the holidays are quickly approaching and all of the products that Tidy Books has to offer would make great holiday gifts for the children on your holiday shopping list.
Tidy Books sells a slim design wooden bookcase that is available in several different finishes, a forget-me-not shelving unit, a bunk bed buddy (great bookcase for bunk bed users), a wooden tidy box which is great for taking books and small toys on the go or for storing them in your living room, a baby buddy which is great for storage in a baby’s nursery and a 3 D wooden cabin puzzle.
My Review: I received the Tidy Books Bookcase in the white finish with the lowercase alphabet letters to review for all of you. I am the grandmother to a 2 1/2 yr. old little girl who spends a lot of time at my home so I was looking for a way to store all of her books, card games and puzzles and Tidy Books had the answer for me! This beautiful bookcase has 4 shelves at varying heights so you can really store any books your children might have. In addition, we found it fabulous for storing her puzzles and card games in too!
Product Information: The bookcase will hold up to 85 books of various shapes & sizes. The compact slim design takes up very little floor space so it will work in any room. It fixes safely and securely to any wall. The slim front panels on the each shelf keep books from tumbling out and they allow your child to see the front of their books so they can choose the book they want to read & look at. It is easy to assemble and took my hubby about 15 minutes (if that) to assemble it together. We got the ABC style and those front panels can be flipped around as your child grows so that they are plain. (the bookcase can age right along with them!). The bookcase has been finished in eco-friendly water based lacquer for a natural look. The overall size is: 45″ tall by 30″ wide by 3″ depth. Price $179.00.
Once my hubby had it assembled we loaded it up with the grand-wee-ones books, card games and puzzles and I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything fit into it! I love that I can place her tall puzzles and books on the top shelf and bottom shelf and her smaller books & puzzles on the 2 middle shelves. The ABC wooden letters are securely fixed to the front panels and brightly painted in primary colors and she loves to walk up to them and point to them & shouts out loud the letter! This is great at helping them learn their ABC’s too!
Now when she wants a book, card game or puzzle she can find the one that she wants quickly and easily and clean up…well…that is the extra bonus feature because now she doesn’t mind cleaning up and putting all of her things back inside her bookcase! yeah!!! I love that the entire bookcase only takes up 3″ of floor space which is fabulous for those living in small apartments, townhouses or condos where space is limited. I could even see these Tidy Book Bookcases being used in medical/dental office waiting rooms and other business places.
Overall Impression: We LOVE and I mean LOVE our new Tidy Books Bookcase! We give it 10 stars out of 10 stars! It was super easy to assemble and this is one quality piece of furniture that is pretty to look at and super functional! I have never seen a better made child’s bookcase and I am so happy we now have this Tidy Books Bookcase here in our own home! This would make a fabulous holiday gift!
