When I get all stressed out one of the first things I want to do is go consume something that is chocolate and sweet so today I am sharing with all of you my easy to make recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondue!
You can use this fondue for dipping fruits, marshmallows, nuts, crackers, cheese, cookies or whatever it is that you like dipped in fondue!
Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Fondue Recipe
1 cup heavy cream
6 ounce (3/4 cup) of milk chocolate chips
(or semi-sweet chocolate chips)
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
In a large saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer…you do NOT want to boil it! Turn the heat down to low and stir in the chocolate chips until they are melted. Stir in the peanut butter and continue stirring the mixture until everything is melted, creamy and smooth. Transfer the fondue to a fondue warming pot or pour it into your crockpot (slow cooker) and turn the dial on warm. Enjoy!
