My husband and I are already looking ahead to the year 2012 and trying to plan out our vacations for next year. We plan on taking 4 large vacations and 2 mini weekend vacations and one place we would like to go is up to Cape Cod.
For the past few days we have been looking online for a Cape Cod Rental and found a few that we like…especially the little 3 bedroom cottage that we found that sits right on the waterfront and has a private boat dock.
We are hoping to do some fishing and perhaps we will charter a yacht for a day cruise for that and hopefully we can spend a few afternoons in at Martha’s Vineyard. While we are up there I would like to visit Nantucket and check out a few of their local basket maker’s shops.
I heard that there are a lot of great little quaint gift shops and some nice antique stores up in Plymouth so we might head up there for a little day trip too!
I am really looking forward to this one week vacation in the spring because we will be taking our adult daughter and 2 1/2 year old grand daughter with us and we haven’t had a nice “family” vacation in a few years.
