I Had to Break Down and Buy Some New Clothes

Working from home definitely has it benefits and one of those perks is that you don’t have to spend a lot of money on clothing. The bad part of this is that you don’t realize how long it has been since you have gotten any new clothes until you are down to the ratty t-shirts and you cannot find anything decent to wear when you need to go out in public.

I totally had this problem this week when the non profit I work with started having meetings again. I dug through my closet looking for a nice top or outfit to wear and everything was old, had stains or didn’t fit any more. I then realized it had been years since I had purchased anything new.

I vowed that I was going to start buying one new top or pants every few weeks until I have replaced some of my clothing. Being a plus size lady, it is so difficult to find anything in the one or two stores in my dinky town. So I did a search for plus size clothes and found a great store with loads of nice women’s plus size clothes at great prices. I already have several items selected and cannot wait to start getting my packages in the mail!
