Living the California may sound like a dream land compared to where you live, but we do have our weather issues here too. Extreme heat and in some places very cold at night. We have rain, constant dust and dirt from harvesting or planting crops, fog and many other issues. The weather can really make the outdoor furniture and accessories, like grills and firepits, take a beating. I am so glad I found a company that offers stylish, affordable patio furniture covers to protect my investments.
Empire Patio Covers makes all of their Signature Material patio furniture covers out of a durable 600-denier polyester that resists fading, rain, sun, snow, dust, bird droppings, and tree sap. The cover has an interior coating that helps with weather resistance, but is environmentally friendly (no chemical run-off). That’s a big plus!
Plus they add vents on the side of the cover keep air flow circulating without letting rain into the cover. That means no mold to scrub off in the spring when the weather gets nice.
I was sent a beautiful firepit cover in the Metro Brown color. This is one of their Signature covers and comes with some upgraded features. There is a cool buckle and strap that holds the cover down. Also it has the vents for air circulation and double sewn seams. This heavy duty cover comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
I love that this pitcover is heavy duty because of the abuse that it will get in the elements. The beautiful pattern is available in a bunch of other coordinating covers so I can stylishly protect all of my furniture, BBQ grills, fountains, umbrella, log holders and many more items that they manufacture covers for.
We use our firepit quite a bit and when it rains, it can get nasty and overflow the log tray. It make quite a mess with the soot, residual ash and stuff. The cover is going to be a big blessing when the rain hits soon.
