I live in a rather mild climate compared to much of the country but it still gets cold in the evenings and nights and while we don’t have snow, having a nice jacket is definitely needed. But since I am not a jacket kinda gal, I look to shawls and wraps to stay warm.
I have the most gorgeous accessory for the Fall season to tell you about today. It is a combination shawl and scarf that works perfectly for me and the area I live in. It is from a lovely German company called Fraas who makes the most amazing scarves and shawls. I am in heaven whenever I go to their site! Fabulous colors and creations!
The shawl that I received is in a fabulous Peacock Blue. It can be worn as a scarf but it is really created to be a shawl. It is machine washable and made of acrylic yarns. It falls beautifully around you and it is so beautifully soft. The bottom has a slight ruffle effect.
This shawl is made just the right size to wrap your shoulders and arms and keep the chill away so it is just perfect for chilly fall evenings and mornings. I just love this lovely accessory and cannot wait to start using it and at the rate the weather is changing, it should be long before fall officially hits my area.
