There is something to be said for skin care items that smell good enough to eat. This product that I am reviewing for you does make you want to run for your spoon. You should know by now I am all about skin care. I have to make sure I always look younger than I really am.
I am thrilled to try a facial cleanser for you. My first impression is awesome because of the fabulous aroma! It has this orangey dreamsicle-like aroma and I love orange scent. So that is plus!
What am I talking about? The Skinn Cosmetics Olive & Enzyme Rich Balm Cleanser is what I am going to tell you all about today. This and the rest of the line is created by Skinn Cosmetic’s founder Dimitri James. You can find him often on ShopNBC where he offers insight behind all the Skinn products.
This cleanser comes in a generous 4oz tube. The product is a beautiful creamy orange color and is pretty thick and water-free. It is rich consistency created for night-time cleansing. The balm can also be used for a deep cleaning mask too which is a great savings.
I used it several times in the evening before bed. It is a very effective complexion cleanser and it made my skin feel smooth and hydrated. Some cleansers I have used made my face feel tight,like I need moisture. The Skinn Cosmetic Olive & Enzyme Rich Balm Cleanser offers a powerful formula loaded with Polyphenols and skin enzymes which will boost collagen and fights free radicals while you sleep. The lovely Orange oil works to purify and soften for the cleanest and freshest skin ever! Plus it is loaded with rich olive butter for an awesome finish.
I really liked how well this cleanser cleaned. It did a great job on getting rid of dirt and makeup, yes even waterproof makeup comes off! yay! And it softened my skin too, so my skin didn’t feel dry and cracked before bedtime.
I really like the effect after using this as a mask. You simple apply it as normal and instead of removing with a warm washcloth right away, you leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes and then remove it. Super Simple and no goopy stuff! My face felt awesome and I really love the scent, the soft supple skin it leaves behind and the fact that it works well!! And is priced less than most leading department store brands. This tube is only $24 and is a great buy!
