I worked standing on concrete for years and years and paid the price with beat up feet, falling arches and foot pain. I try and walk as much as I can on a regular basis for exercise and good health, but some days my feet just need extra support.

If you combine good shoe insoles like the ones made from rubber and then add really good arch supports, the results are wonderful. I have my order placed for my inserts and shoes insoles so that I can get some relief from foot pain. Then I can increase my daily exercise and start to feel good about my body, from my feet up, again!
