My husband and I own a few properties and over the years we learned that it is very important to keep the outside of your home looking just as good as the inside of your home as it does help to improve your properties value and worth. Furthermore…when you purchase properties like we do and use them as an investment, we find that people rent from us quicker and stay longer because we keep the homes looking good both inside and outside.
One thing we do invest in for all of our homes are nice mailboxes that are functional but yet pretty to look at. We like to purchase Whitehall mailboxes as they look elegant and they are super high quality mailboxes that will last for decades. A few weeks ago we purchased mailbox posts to put up on the new property we purchased a few months ago along with residential mailboxes to help improve the properties curb appeal plus we wanted it to look nice for our new renters who were moving in.
To go along with the new mailboxes that we purchased we also picked up some new residential address plaques for the homes we are fixing up. It is very important that every home have a good visible address plaque out front so that in an emergency the emergency crews can find your home quickly and easily. These days you can get some beautiful looking address plaques!
