Today I would like to introduce you all to the company called Lazy i Farms who makes wonderful handmade goat’s milk soaps, goat’s milk body lotions, goat’s milk lip balms and goat’s milk laundry soap. These products are absolutely wonderful for those who have skin problems as they are soothing and all-natural. Goat’s milk contains a natural alpha hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates your skin and the glycerin that occurs naturally during the soap making process is very moisturizing to the skin. The company is owned and operated by a wonderful woman named Wanda who makes all of her products herself!
My Review: Today I am reviewing for all of you the Lazy i Farms Goat Milk Lotion in the Coconut Lime Verbena scent as well as the matching 100% Goat Milk Soap…also in the Coconut Lime Verbena scent. As most of our blog readers know I suffer from the rare genetic disease called Porphyria so I have to be careful with what I use on my sensitive and delicate skin. I was really excited to try out Goat Milk bath & body products for you to see if they helped my skin issues.
The 100% Goat Milk Soap comes in a generously sized 3.5 ounce bar and comes beautifully gift boxed. This soap is naturally smooth and very moisturizing to the skin. This soap in the Coconut Lime Verbena scent contains: genuine goat milk, coconut oil, olive oil, soy shortening, sodium hydroxide and coconut lime verbena fragrance oil. All of these ingredients are natural and soothing to your skin. I decided to hop into the tub and give this soap a try. The first thing I noticed is that it is lightly scented, a sweet scent that is not over-bearing at all. As I was bathing and using this soap I realized how creamy and rich it was and it just glided over my body. It felt so good and definitely soothing. This is a great bathing soap and you can also use it for shaving your legs like I did! It has a nice scent, beautiful creamy smooth consistency and my skin felt moisturized and pampered after using it.
After I got out of the bath I used the Goat Milk Lotion in the Coconut Lime Verbena scent which contains: genuine goat milk, water, macadamia nut oil, emulsifying wax, stearic acid, glycerine, citric acid, fragrance oil and germaben II which is a preservative to keep your lotion fresh. This lotion comes in a 4 oz. sized bottle which makes it great for everyday use but you can also tote it around in your purse, luggage or keep it in your desk at work. I applied the lotion all over my body and let me tell you…it was fabulous! It has a light scent and it is creamy but not thick. It is not like thick body butter that takes eons to rub into your skin. This rubs in quickly and leaves your skin lightly fragranced. I love how moisturized my skin felt after applying this lotion.
Overall Impression: This is the first time I have tried Goat’s Milk bath & body products and wow, I was in for a real treat! The Lazy i Farms Goat Milk Products are absolutely fantastic! They smell super nice and the consistency is perfect. I have been using them for almost a week now and my skin is starting to look healthy again. I give these products 10 stars out of 10 stars!
