My Parents the Crazies

Mom and dad are the lights of my life – they’re so full of energy and I can’t believe they’re both approaching 70. They’re still really active and like to take long walks and even go swimming in the morning at their neighborhood pool so I just can’t believe they’ve gotten older and it was all so under the radar. They had been telling me for a while now that they wanted to start social networking which I thought was crazy, but I finally relented and pointed them to SATELLITESTARINTERNET.com so they could get internet out at their house. Now they’ve both got Facebook accounts – how nuts is that? My kids are friends with my parents! I’m really proud of them for staying so young at heart and really making a difference in their community while they’re at it. I hope that when I retire I’ll have as much desire to volunteer as they seem to so that I can age with grace and dignity like them.
