Today I would like to introduce you to the handcrafted bath and body company called Indigo Bee based out of the great state of Florida. Indigo Bee has some of the most unique scents that I have ever seen in the bath and body marketplace. You will find soaps, body butters, body creams, lotion sprays, lip balms, body scrubs, hand washes, room & linen sprays, reed diffusers, scented wax melts, bath accessories and even doggie stuff!
My Review: Trista with Indigo Bee sent me a bar of her handcrafted soap in the “Indigo Signature” scent to try out for all of you. This bar of soap is handmade with nourishing shea butter and jojoba oil and weighs approximately 4 oz. The scent starts out in a pure vanilla scent but there are hints of jasmine, lavender, orange and a touch of pine and let me tell you…this is a fabulous smelling bar of soap!
As soon as it arrived…I was in my tub enjoying a nice long hot bath and I used the “Indigo Signature” bar as my special treat. The scent is amazing and really hard to describe but the scent that stands out to me the most is the vanilla but you can get a “hint” of the other fabulous ingredients too. This soap lathers up nicely and just glides across the body. I used it for bathing and for shaving and I love it! Once I was done bathing, there was NO soap scum left on my body (that is why I hate traditional store bought soaps) and I felt squeaky clean and my skin had the nice Indigo scent on it (very light but I smelled nice and clean). Once I was done bathing with it, my hubby ran off with the bar of soap and into his shower with it. Yes folks, I have a hubby who enjoys bubble baths, showers and fine bath and body products just as much as I do! Once he was done he came out of the shower and told me that it was a great “unisex” soap and it smelled fresh and clean and he didn’t smell like a walking flower pot! LOL
Overall Impression: We love this soap! Seriously folks, this is AWESOME handcrafted soap made right in the great state of Florida! You can purchase this bar of soap for only $6.00 and trust me…it will last you a long time and you will LOVE that scent! I personally have my “eye” on her “cherry almond” bar of soap next! oh my!!!!
