Today I have a really cool hair accessory company to introduce you to called Bling Strands and they make professional quality hair accessories like Bling Jewels to put into your hair, Bling Strands to add funky colors and Bling Feathers which all of the Hollywood stars seem to be sporting around these days. All of these things can cost a fortune if done in a salon but you can do them yourself at home with Bling Strands products. I think these are fun and all girls from young to old will probably be sporting these items this coming year in school.
The Bling Jewels are faux diamonds for your hair! They are genuine crystals that you bond to your hair with your flat iron. You can place them any where in your hair that you would like and they are easily removed. They come in a variety of fun colors or go with the clear diamond-look! We received a package of these in a pretty peacock blue color and since my daughter is 26 and trendy…I knew she would love them. She came up on Monday night and I used the flat iron to apply 6 or 7 of them to one side of her head and it was really easy to do and the package does come with clear instructions on how to do this. She loves her fun little look! To remove them from your hair you will need to saturate your head with water and allow the crystals to get saturated and then use a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol to get them out. Easy to apply and easy to remove!
The Bling Strands are thin sparkle strands that glitter and shine in your hair and they come in a wide variety of fun colors! Each package contains 50 strands that are 36″ in length and you can cut them down to size if you have shorter hair. They are made of Polyester fiber, lead-free and non-flammable. Each package comes with an instructional card that explains to you how to put them in your hair. You simply remove one strand at a time from the package and you simply tie it into a knot on one single strand of your hair. You can put in as little or as many as you would like. You can wash your hair, blow dry your hair and even curl your hair with these bling strands in it! My daughter ran off with that package and her and her BFF spent the evening putting them into their hair. The following day when I saw her I was completely amazed at how cute it looked in her long hair! You would of never guessed that a professional didn’t do it and that they did it themselves.
