Teas’ Tea Mango Oolong

It is a well documented fact here that I am a huge tea drinker. Since I don’t do soda often, I mainly focus my beverages on water and teas. And while trying to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet, that leads me to unsweetened products typically and sometimes a low cal product.

I am pleased to bring you the Teas’ Tea Mango Oolong. Mango is one of my favorites and I have been privileged to have oolong teas for many years while living over seas. It is a delicious blend and I know you will enjoy it.

With a rating of 92 points in the Oolong Tea category, TEAS’ TEA® Mango Oolong received the highest rating of any tea in the Iced Tea Class at The North American Tea Championship.

So what is OOLONG tea? Oolong, though a tea not well represented in the US market known as Blue Green tea. The health benefits of Oolong are well documented. To mention the top 3:
1. Antioxidants – rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals found in everything we eat, the sun, the environment, which causes degeneration of skin, our health, even cancer.
2. Weightloss – scientific studies have found that it does so by increasing metabolism, burning fat and blocking dietary fat absorption.
3. Promote Heart Health – drinking Oolong has shown to reduce cholesterol, increases plasma adiponectin levels

The flavor of Oolong is a lovely mild tea. I drank the Mango tea first as I am a huge mango tea lover! This tasted like you just bit into a piece of mango. It was lightly sweetened, just enough to enhance the tea flavor, not over power it. The tea is clear and the flavor is delicious!

The Teas’ Tea Green Tea is unsweetened and has a lovely light green tea taste. Green tea is not my favorite to sip by itself, but I do love to mix it with the Mango and let me tell you, it is fabulous! Or Green tea mixed with any flavor for that matter. It is my secret way to get the awesome benefits of the green tea and the flavor from others.
