Today we have another great Back to School Shopping review and giveaway to bring to you from the great folks over at GoldToe and over at PowerSox featuring a variety of high quality socks for the entire family. I have been familiar with the GoldToe brand for many, many years and have always purchased a variety of their socks for myself and my family and the reason being is that I love their quality and the variety of styles, prints and colors that they come in. When you purchase GoldToe brand socks…you know you are purchasing a brand that you can trust and a brand that is going to give you a high quality, comfortable sock that will last you for a good long time…making them a wise purchase.
Our Review: The generous folks over at GoldToe sent us three pairs of socks to review for all of you. I will briefly talk to you about each pair that we received. The first pair is from their AquaFX line and is made from cotton with rayon made from bamboo so they are super soft! This pair has a medium gray colored pattern on a light gray background which is a great pattern/color to wear every day. The AquaFX line is for those who want moisture control to keep their feet dry & comfortable all day long and as someone who often gets sweaty feet…I love this line of socks!
The second pair of socks is a non-binding sloppy boot sock also from the AquaFX line. They are made from a cotton, nylon and spandex knit blend and will help to control moisture all day long as they wick the moisture away from your feet which keeps them drier and more comfortable. These socks can be worn up (to keep your legs warm in the winter) or you can slouch them down to wear with boots, tights and leggings. These are really super soft and a nice medium weight fabrication so perfect for cool fall months and cold winter months!
The third pair of socks is also from the AquaFX line and is made from spun rayon with moisture control to keep your feet dry & comfortable all day long. These socks are done in the knee-high style and are a solid brown color except for your classic gold toe. These are super soft and made of a light-weight fabrication so they can be worn all year long. In my opinion…they make for a great sock to wear to work with all of your dress pants and trousers.
Overall Impression: I love all 3 pairs of socks that I received from Goldtoe…matter of fact, my mother modeled the knee-highs for my photo and she took off with that pair so I get to keep the remaining 2 pairs for myself (so mother loved them too!). All 3 pairs are extremely well made, super soft against the skin and they are comfortable. I definitely felt like my feet were cooler and drier while wearing the Goldtoe socks! We give them a huge two thumbs up and recommend them to you! They would be a great Back to School purchase for all of you!
