My Review: I sent a bottle of the Women’s Blend Multivitamin for this product review which I decided to let my daughter review for us since she suffers with various PMS symptoms. (she is 26 years old). My daughter often gets mood swings, stomach cramps, headaches, nausea, etc. all caused by PMS. We received the multivitamins a little over a week ago and she immediately started taking it. This is a multivitamin that you need to take 6 tablets a day…so she takes 2 early in the morning, 2 at lunchtime at work and then 2 more after dinner. So far, she has had no issues with taking the multivitamins at all…not nausea or stomach cramping at all. I asked her if after one week has she noticed any improvements in her PMS symptoms and she did tell me that she felt that they were indeed helping her and that she is excited about taking them for the next few weeks. I asked her if she would recommend them to others and she said she definitely would as anything is better than taking medications with harmful side effects. She feels that this multivitamin is worth a try and that she felt it was definitely helping her.

Purchasing Information: The Women’s Blend Multivitamin is available for purchase at Health Food Stores across the nation and at The Vitamin Shoppe.
