I am not a huge cereal eater normally. I like one or two different types and I stick to those regularly. But I was asked to review this brand new cereal from General Mills and their new Fiber One 80 calorie that just came out. I was a bit hesitant to try this Fiber One cereal… I mean it is fiber and that means to me, you know, cardboard…
So I bit the bullet and acted like a big girl and tasted it. Then I tasted it some more. Soon I had munched on quite a bit of this stuff and you know, it didn’t taste like cardboard. LOL It has a tiny bit of sweetness from the honey and the cereal bits are in little squares and it packs in 40% of your fiber. That’s a biggie. I have been keeping the box by me in my office so if I feel the need to snack, it is right there. I am enjoying that. It has been helping me to not snack on the bad things that I tend to want. That is a big plus in my book!
