Saving money while still being cognizant to the heath aspect of the products that we use is very important to me. If you have been following our blog for a while, you know that we have done many reviews and giveaways with the awesome people at Tropical Traditions. We do so because their products are top notch. We enjoy promoting a company that looks to the earth first for great products as well as our pocket books for a great value for wonderful products.
With that said, I decided to try out the Tropical Traditions Powdered Laundry Detergent for you today. I live in a household with kids, a dog and 3 cats. I do not know how we have as much laundry as we do, but it is awful. And the dog and cat’s bed? Oh, its my bed.. so to test out this laundry soap I decided to take my comforter which was full of dog drool and dirt from him going in and out and use this detergent.
I was impressed with the results. The scent is extremely minimal which is great for those with scent allergies. But the comforter came out fresh and clean! And it was very dirty so I am super happy!! I love that the Powdered Laundry Detergent is safe and effective at ALL temperatures on whites, permanent press, bright colors, pastels, prints, and delicates in hard or soft water. (Not suitable for Silk or Wool)
The Tropical Traditions Powdered Laundry Detergent is non-toxic, environmentally safe and contains no phosphates and there are no harmful by-products and contains no dyes, perfumes, fillers or phosphates. Powdered Laundry Detergent dissolves as completely as liquid detergents and rinses away completely leaving no residue in your clothes. What is also a huge plus in my book is that it costs less to use than commercial liquid detergents and costs no more to use than commercial powdered household laundry detergents. But you get the healthy benefits you can’t get from commercially produced detergents without paying a premium price.
Overall, I love the Tropical Traditions product line. Everything I have tried has been superior and top quality and the customer service is awesome too!
