Personal Care Products from Skin Free Skincare

I am becoming more and more careful about what I am putting on my skin and into my body these days. The amount of health issues that are arising from the huge amount of additives and chemicals found in most manufactured foods and goods is unreal. So I was thrilled to be able to test out some all natural, vegan skincare products for you.

Created in 2000 by a concerned pharmacist, Skin Free saw the need for affordable, non toxic skincare. She created products that are free of chemicals, colorants, fragrances, petroleum, and steroids. They are never tested on animals. They are made of the natural vegetable oils and butters, rich in anti-inflammatory stuff, antioxidants, and nutrients that have been used for centuries by the people of Africa, Polynesia, and the Mediterranean.

These are Pharmacist formulated and doctor recommended natural vegetable formulas for delicate, sensitive and very dry or damaged skin. Skin Free Skincare products are recommended for:

Extreme Dry Skin
Skin or Fragrance Allergies
Psoriasis
Dermatitis
Eczema
Pregnant Moms
Babies
The Elderly
Diabetics
Renal Patients
After Radiation or Chemotherapy
and I say anyone that wants beautiful healthy skin the all natural way. No added gunk that your skin does not need.

I was sent 4 awesome items to try for you today.

1) Skin Free Extra Moisturizing Soap & Shampoo Bar. This product has been awarded the National Eczema Association’s Seal of Acceptance. I Love the soap. And I hate even using the word soap! This truly is a moisturizing bar. Just feeling the bar as I took it out of the package, I knew it was a high quality, rich cleanser. It is lovely! No fragrance but just packed full of moisture. I really like this bar!

2) Skin Free Antibacterial Foaming Soap This liquid soap formula contains Niaouli Essential Oil in a great foaming dispenser. Niaouli is in the same family as Tea Tree and shares the small antibacterial profile. Again no fragrance which is great and it foamed up nicely and did a great job cleaning too. What is neat about this is that you can rinse the soap off or not. It is safe to use as a hand cleanser when you are out and about and would be perfect for tossing in the car or the tote bag. Great for use by campers, boaters or families at the beach and playgrounds.

3) Skin Free Chemical Free Sunscreen SPF 30+ Traditionally I am not a fan of Sunscreens because of all of the reports of the chemicals and toxins contained in the commercially produced product that may be what is causing so much skin cancers. But this baby, with its Chemical Free ingredients, just may convert me. This product is nice smelling and easy to apply. It contains a broad UVA/UVB coverage and most importantly it is NON-TOXIC. This is a thick cream that you need to rub in but it contains the most amazing products like cocoa butter, shea butter and 7 oils and plant extracts known for their effectiveness against the sun. Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide were added for the most effectiveness. Your skin is becoming softer as you use this product. The Skin Free Sunscreen I can use and will even send some to my uncle who has been battling skin cancer for years and they make him slather on the worst stuff!

4) Skin Free Whipped Tamanu Butter Finally my second favorite product. This is amazing stuff. First off it is not a super thick butter that is hard to rub in. It is a creamy emollient that just glides on your skin and immediately is soaked in. The Tamanu oil is a really cool ingredient. Its comes from a plant native to the Pacific Islands and the seeds contain an oil that are believed to regenerate tissue. It is becoming a popular additive to skincare and cosmetics due to that. All I know is that it feels Amazing and I love it! I wish I could soak in a vat of it!

I am very pleased with all of the products that I tested from Skin Free. I will definitely put them on my list for awesome products that I have used. Love them and I love the affordable pricing too!
