My Review: I received the Sun Smarties Kids Terrycloth Cover-Up in the pink stripe color to review. As you know, I have a little grand daughter who just turned 2 years old so she is our “model” for this review. We are reviewing the size 24 months which fits the wee one just perfectly! We are using it as a bathing suit cover-up and an after-bath cover-up. It is made out of 80% cotton and 20% polyester and is super soft! It is a UPF 50+ fabrication so it helps to block the harmful sunrays and we all know how delicate the skin is on our little ones! The terry cloth cover-up has long sleeves, front kangaroo pockets and a darling little hood. It’s a nice medium-weight fabrication, not too thin and not too thick…just perfect in my opinion. The cover-up is tagless around the neckline but you do find the tag at the bottom of the garment which is great since the wee one does not like tags scratching her neck. I really like the length of this cover-up as it has the length of a dress so it gives you some coverage on the upper legs and it doesn’t ride up when they sit down while wearing it. It looks big on her in that photo but trust me, it fits perfectly!
Overall Impression: Our wee one absolutely loves her new cover-up! It is great for the summer time for the beach and pool and in the winter you can use it after the bath to help keep them warm. Heck, our wee one likes to wear it around the house…it is super soft and comfy! We give this company and this product a big two thumbs up!!!
