Today I would like to introduce you to the company called Educational Insights based out of Southern California. Educational Insights is the manufacturer of playful products with serious educational value, including subject-specific classroom products, teacher resources, educational toys, and games. Their products are designed by seasoned educators & parents who know that children love to learn when you make that learning experience fun!
When you visit the Educational Insights online web site you will find that it’s really easy to navigate. The web site has three tabbed categories which are the sections for Parents, Teachers and Classroom Jeopardy. Since I am a mother and grandmother…I could spend hours just browsing around their parent’s section of the web site.
My Review: The great folks over at Educational Insights sent me their brand new Smens Pens to review for all of you. These pens are no ordinary writing pens and have quickly become our favorite ink pens in the house. Why you might ask? Well…they are all scented! These pens come in a zippered plastic storage pouch and are just the coolest pens! These pens are gourmet scented pens and are made from recycled newspapers and biodegradable plastic. Who would of ever thought of that? Well…some very intelligent person did!
Each Smen is individually wrapped and is guaranteed to hold it’s scent for up to 2 years, I find that amazing! Each package comes with one pen in each of the following scents: Red Licorice, Creamsicle, Aloha, Mystery Scent, Banana FoFana, Mocha, Passion Fruit, Ninja Berry, Pink Lemonade, and Black Licorice. Wanna know which one is my favorite? Hands down…the Mocha! I love smelling that pen all day long as I do my business paperwork and I am not the only one in my household who has gone gaga over these pens. My hubby snagged the Black Licorice and Ninja Berry ones and took them to work!
