BusyBodyBook Organizing Calendar

As a mom, a work at home mom with several businesses and volunteer work that I do, I live by my calender. There is no way around it. I have to schedule everything in because I am so busy. Some days it is even hard for me to eat as times flies by so quickly. I was very excited to find a truly versatile weekly management time budgeting tool in the form of a family organizing calendar that I can share with you.

The creation of Joan Goldner, the BusyBodyBook is an excellent time management tool because of its unique Weekly GRID format. The grid allows you to have a column each week for either a person in the family or your own tasks. The BusyBodyBook has 2 different formats you can purchase; either the academic year, which will help you track your kids activities, or the yearly format. Either format you choose, this book is super easy to use and will help you nail down those loose ends.

I got the spiral bound yearly book which I cannot wait to start using in Jan. Even though my son is older, I still need to manage his events and projects. So he can have a column. Each one of my businesses and extra curricular activities will also have a column. This is an awesome calendar that will help me so much! Since mine is set up for the calendar year, I downloaded some pages from the BusyBodyBook site to use in the meantime. I love this method. It is such a great way to help me organize my day and keep on top of all of the things I need to accomplish each day.

In side this organizing calendar is a ton of tools to help you stay on track . There is:
** 2 Monthly Planners – One to record birthdays & anniversaries and another to note next year’s appointments & future events.
** Full page months-at-a-glance provide you with the “bigger picture” to help plan for holidays, vacations, or repetitive and special events.
** Key contact pages – 2 Pages for your emergency contact information, doctors, coaches, babysitters…
** Removable shopping lists – Perforated pages for creating handy grocery or gift lists.
** 2 Pockets -Inside front & back covers provide a deep pocket to hold important papers, receipts, coupons…
** Bookmark – Easily flip to the current week with this unique bookmark that grabs the spiral.
** Notes – A full page each week for notes, to do’s, lists, or alerts. Plenty of notes pages in back of BBB too to record and keep important information.

‘As you can see this thing is loaded with help!
